popular way to pay for the Chaves Maintenance Program is with EZ-pay. This is a paperless, simple, and affordable way to pay
for your maintenace. You authorize chaves to automatically deduct the monthly payment from your checking/savings account
or from a credit/debit card. Your membership will automatically renew so there is no risk of expiration and loss of benefits.
You choose either small monthly payments or one annual payment and we take care of everything else. Your contract will remain
in effect until you simply send us written notification of a change or cancellation. It's that easy! Call today

Chaves Heating & Air Conditioning offers 24-hour emergency service. 24 Hours a day 365 days of the year. We service both residential systems as well as light commercial systems. Call us at (978) 562-5309 and a live person will answer!
Parts & Filters
We offer a vast variety of filters and humidifier pads to carbon monoxide detectors and other small parts you may find useful in maintaining your system. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Filters can be picked up during these hours or mailed directly to your home.
