“Replacing our home’s 25-year-old central air conditioner with a heat pump, during a transition to new refrigerants, while making using a Heat loan, involves a lot of complexity and moving pieces. Nelson was extremely helpful in selecting and properly sizing our new heat pump, explaining some of the compromises involved in reusing most of the previous system’s ductwork (which we did with a couple additions) and other limitations, and understands the Heat loan process. And because Chaves serviced our previous system for the past several years, he referred to those records as well. Our installation team, Danny and Carlos, worked carefully and left everything neat and clean, and were similarly helpful. They took the time to answer our questions carefully and patiently.
