“I had a duct in my ceiling that was blocked, and it was a vital air duct in a large room. Chaves sent Mike and Josh, who problem-solved it without having to cut through my ceiling, and for the first time in over w0 years, this home I recently purchased has air flowing from that vent. It was not an easy vent to access. I cannot say enough good things about this competent company. They are exceptional in every way.”

“Have been successfully using Chaves my Buderus Gas Heating System for over 10 years. Chaves technicians have bee experienced, professionals and very prompt. Recently have been having a lost of hot water in shower issues with my Rinnai Tankless Hot Water Heater. Problem usually triggers a Rinnai code 10 air supply or exhaust blockage. Over the past 5-10 years I have had numerous non Chaves vendor service calls to solve the problem with limited success. What usually happens is fix provides shower hot water but any attempt for taking a grandchildren baths constantly results in lost of hot water with tub 1/2 full. Based on long success with Chaves I called to see if they could solve by Rinnai lost of top water issue. Chaves sent (think Dwayne) 14 year experienced technician professional, knowledgeable, an efficient have noticed improvement both in hot water flow and retention.”

“We can't say enough praises about the how your technician Bella went about fixing our furnace problem. She imprssed by how she systematically diagnosed the cause. Upon finding that the flame burn OK with the cover is off but went out when it's back on, she recognized the problem is due to the burner's air supply impeded by garden debris pushed into the air intake by the snow that slipped off the roof. When she entered the house, she was careful in wiping the snow off her boots before putting on shoes covers. She agilely climbed over our porch railings and snow banks several times to get to the air intake in order to diagnose the problem. Finally, she cleverly fixed the issue by cutting open the PCV pipe to vacuum out the debris.”
