“My furnace conked out when the outside temp was 26 degrees. It was a Sunday and Chaves was not open. I pressed the number for an emergency and gave the person the information. I did receive a call and because this was my only heat source he came to my house. He fixed the problem and explained to me that it was caused by an error made when my furnace was serviced a couple of months ago. Chaves charged me nothing. I was extremely impressed with the prompt and honest service for an emergency call on a Sunday. Chaves is terrific!”
