Technician, Richard Rumson, went above and beyond to make sure our unit was cleaned and working like new. He took extreme care in his operation, and worked neatly and methodically from beginning to end. Richard was very courteous, polite and carried on friendly conversation. He answered all questions and had very helpful recommendations for running the unit. His assistant, Jose Muniz was also very friendly and both left making sure everything was clean and secured.
